Case Study: Amex Stadium Brighton
At Paul Fold Diamond Drilling Ltd, we completed a recent project at the Amex Stadium. A 15metre x 12metre section of the heavily reinforced concrete terrace required isolation and cutting into sections to assist the removal by our client. The tight programme meant that the saw cutting and stitch drilling works had to be completed within a 48hour window.
Multiple Hilti TS20 Track Saws were used to carry out over 220 linear metres of full depth saw cutting with a fleet of Hilti DD350 drilling motors attached to DD-HD 30 drill stands deployed to drill the 200no 127mm diameter holes up to 1.20mtrs deep that were required. All the cutting and drilling works were completed well within the timeframe, giving our client additional time for them to complete their works.
